Are you an outgoing individual, looking to move into Management, with experience in restaurants, quick service, or coffee shops?

Tim Hortons is a part of Canada's fabric with over 5,000 quick service restaurants worldwide, serving over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee. We are expanding in the UK with plans to open hundreds of new restaurants over the next 10 years.

Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility to work various shifts (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer experience, ensure efficient staff scheduling, and conduct store visits from the customer's perspective.
  • People: Encourage feedback, provide performance reviews, foster a respectful team environment, and manage performance issues in collaboration with HR.
  • Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper merchandising, coach staff on upselling, and seek continuous improvement based on employee incentives.
  • Operations: Manage KPIs such as sales, staff turnover, food safety, and health & safety standards. Oversee stock management, equipment maintenance, opening/closing procedures, and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, report incidents promptly, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Requisites
  • Experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
  • Flexible, disciplined, and team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
