  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, transport, and contractors.
  • Provide clear reporting and data-driven insights on performance.

Abatec Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a market-leading organisation within the logistics and warehousing sector, who are looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join their team in Portbury, Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced and growing operation.

The Role

As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a warehouse team and ensuring operational performance across rotating shifts. You will focus on delivering KPIs, maintaining compliance and Health & Safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Rotating Shifts

Week 1 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm - 8pm on Friday
Week 2 6am - 2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am - 1pm on Friday

Key Responsibilities
