Job summary

DCS Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a large warehouse operation in the UK. You will motivate and manage a multi‑disciplinary team to move goods efficiently, safely and accurately on every shift.

You will oversee inbound, storage and outbound activities, drive productivity and uphold high standards while developing colleagues for future growth. Join a family‑owned business valuing teamwork and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

This is more than a warehouse management role.

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a large operational team, ensuring that goods flow safely, accurately and efficiently through our warehouse.

You’ll oversee inbound, storage and outbound activities while driving productivity, maintaining high standards and developing the people around you.

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll spend time on the warehouse floor, supporting your team, solving operational challenges and ensuring every shift delivers against its targets.

What You’ll Be Leading

As the leader of your shift operation, you’ll:
