Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is looking for a Shift Leader to run warehouse operations, lead a frontline team and ensure smooth shift transitions from start to finish.

You’ll mentor staff, manage performance, and work closely with other Shift Leaders and the Department Manager to keep daily activity on track while living Lidl values. A rewarding role with structured training and progression.
