Northgate Vehicle Hire Careers is seeking a motivated Warehouse Shift Leader to guide a team in Lowfield Heath. The role focuses on leading during shifts, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining safety and efficiency across daily operations.

You will coach team members, collaborate with managers, and contribute to a positive team culture with opportunities for development and progression. 38.5 hours per week, 5 days in 7, with early shift times.

Warehouse Shift Leader/Warehouse Team Leader - Lowfield Heath

Hours / shift pattern- 38.5 Hours Per Week, 5 days in 7, between the hours of 0530-1830

Salary -Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift
• Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met
• Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential
• Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures
• Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
