This is a full time, permanent role on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern at our Currys site in Newark. You'll be working 11.5 hour shifts, totally a 40.25 hour week.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Own returning transfers and manage daily opportunities to maximise network outputs and customer metrics
Ensure seamless inbound flows, monitor and resolve network issues, and execute initiatives to enhance schedule efficiency
Allocate resources, provide consistent feedback, and support colleagues' development while fostering engagement and performance
Collaborate effectively with management and brief colleagues on relevant information for smooth operations
Monitor security and health risks and ensure the timely distribution of reports for shift activities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, processes, and operational flow to ensure efficiency and resolve issues
Proven ability to manage teams, engage effectively with colleagues, and communicate progress and updates
Skilled in maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers while resolving issues collaboratively
Proficient in data analysis, workload prioritisation, identifying improvement areas, and working under pressure to meet strict timelines
Past planning experience as well as experience in coaching, team development, health and safety, and succession planning
