Job summary

Delifresh in Cramlington is seeking a Warehouse Section Leader to lead a fast-paced team, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full. You will drive performance, coach colleagues and maintain safe, efficient operations. Typical shift pattern 19:20–04:20, five nights a week, with competitive benefits.

Experience in warehouse/logistics and strong leadership are essential. You will collaborate with suppliers, uphold compliance, and foster a positive, proactive work culture within the site.

Qualifications

• Experience of a Warehouse, Logistics or Transport Management.
• Experience in a large scale production/warehouse operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing.
• Ability to coach and encourage your team and help them explore opportunities to continuously improve how they do their job.
• Ability to problem solve, and implement process changes to improve operational performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate and develop teams with varying skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to successfully deliver your KPI’s and drive business performance.
• Responsible for accurately collating customer orders, taking due care to ensure goods arrive in good condition.
• Promote Delifresh values in you’re and your teams behaviours.
• Coach, develop and lead your team and establish a continuous improvement culture.
• Work closely with internal and external suppliers and build strong, effective relationships.
• Ensuring that the site is legally compliant and all records are up to date.
• Work with leadership teams to ensure a smooth and slick operation across the site.
• Keep all work areas clean and tidy and promote clean as you go performance.
