Job summary

InPost Ltd. in Carlisle is seeking a Warehouse (part/time) Operative to join our Parcel Sorting Team at the Carlisle depot. This role involves versatile warehouse support, parcel sorting and relabelling, and manual or machine operations.

You'll work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 03:00–09:00, 30 hours per week, at £13.22 per hour. The ideal candidate is legally eligible to work in the UK, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

InPost is seeking experienced Warehouse (part/time) Operative’s to join our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at our Carlisle depot. Location:

Inpost Unit D Kings Drive, Kingmoor Park South, Carlisle, CA6 4RD

Shift Pattern:

Mondays - Friday & Tuesday - Saturday

Hours:

03.00am - 09.00am - 30hrs per week

Salary:

£13.22p/h

What you’ll be doing:

• Versatile Warehouse Support – Take on various roles within the warehouse to ensure seamless support for the distribution process.
• Parcel Sorting & Relabelling – Efficiently sort and relabel parcels to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Manual & Machine Operations – Sort parcels manually or operate machinery to optimise processing.
• General Warehouse Duties – Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of warehouse operations.
• Team Collaboration – Work effectively within a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals.
• Loading & Unloading – Assist with the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
