Job summary

InPost Ltd. in the UK is seeking skilled Warehouse Operatives to join the Alfreton depot, contributing to a fast-moving parcel sorting team.

You will work 5 days out of 6, with shifts from 22:45 to 07:15, at £13.22 per hour. The role focuses on accurate labeling, sorting, and loading/unloading, in a supportive environment with pension and life-insurance perks.

About the role:

InPost is seeking skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative's to become an integral part of our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at the Alfreton depot. In this role, you’ll be working alongside InPost and its valued customers to support our efficient parcel operations.

Location: InPost Alfreton, Venture Crescent, Nixs Hill Industrial Estate,DE65 7RA

Shift Pattern: 5 out of 6 days per week

Hours: 22:45 - 07:15

Salary: £13.22 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Play a key role in our fast-moving distribution process, sorting parcels to keep everything running smoothly and on time
• Bring accuracy and attention to detail as you relabel parcels and prepare them for the next stage of their journey
• Get hands-on with manual sorting or operate state-of-the‑art machinery, helping to keep our workflow efficient
• Take on a variety of general warehouse duties, ensuring the workspace stays safe, organised, and productive
• Work alongside a supportive, energetic team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
• Load and unload vehicles with care and efficiency, making sure parcels are ready to hit the road and reach our customers
