Job summary

Fresh Start Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative in the East Midlands. You will move goods packed on pallets around the warehouse, stack goods in storage bays and ensure loads are secure, following inventory control instructions.

Additional duties include completing delivery paperwork if requested, scanning pallets to maintain accurate stock records (training provided), daily truck safety checks, reporting breakdowns or spills to the Manager, and assisting with other loading tasks as

Responsibilities

• Move goods packed on pallets around the warehouse.
• Stack goods in correct storage bays following inventory control instructions.
• Ensure loads are secure.
• Complete paperwork for delivery notes and stock control if requested.
• Scan pallets and keep accurate record of stock movement (training will be provided).
• Make sure the truck is operating safely and checked daily.
• Report any breakdowns, spills or malfunctions to the Manager.
• Assist with other loading activities as requested.
