Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd is recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative/Loader for our client in Daventry. The role involves operating power industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise, while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

You will participate in inventories, label, sort, wrap, pack and repack as needed, repair pallets and assist in keeping the facility clean and safe. Overtime may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).

Responsibilities

• Operate power industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist in security of the warehouse.
• Participate in physical inventories and perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking as needed.
• Repair pallets, trailers and truck bays as requested.
• Help maintain a clean, safe facility and perform other duties as required.
• Work overtime as dictated by business needs (mandatory or voluntary).
