Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Picker / Packer for a busy food distribution site in Mansfield. The role involves picking and packing orders, reading manual pick sheets, and using a tape gun in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have recent picking and packing experience, be comfortable with paper pick sheets, and able to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Warehouse Order Picker – Experienced Picker / Packer

Mansfield | £12.85 per hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm

Full-time | Temp to Perm | Weekly Pay

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for an experienced Warehouse Order Picker / Packer for a busy food distribution warehouse in Mansfield.

Previous picking and packing experience is essential. You must be confident using manual paper pick sheets, packing orders with a tape gun and working to daily productivity targets.

The Role

• Picking and packing food and drink orders for dispatch

• Reading manual pick sheets and checking order accuracy

• Using tape guns and packing materials

• Lifting products up to 20kg

• Working at pace while maintaining accuracy

Essential Experience

• Recent, hands-on warehouse picking and packing experience

• Confident using paper pick sheets and tape guns

• Able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment

• Good physical fitness and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance, punctuality and a consistent work history

This is not an entry-level role. Applicants without recent picking and packing experience, including pick sheet and tape gun use, will not be considered.
