All Square Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Picker Packer in Stowmarket, Suffolk. This temporary role offers an immediate start with a potential move to a temp-to-perm position after 12 weeks, based on performance. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will join a large, supportive warehouse team in a busy distribution environment, gaining valuable experience in picking and packing operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Picker Packer or similar in warehouse/logistics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when picking and packing orders.
• Able to work effectively in a team while maintaining a steady pace.
• Good communication, reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately and efficiently from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
• Pack items securely and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Check picked and packed orders for accuracy and quality before dispatch.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and support the wider team.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Work with a large warehouse team to meet daily targets.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including manual handling procedures.

About The Role

All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established warehousing and distribution company based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, to recruit Warehouse Picker Packers on a temporary basis. Immediate starts are available, so this suits candidates who are ready to start straight away. Furthermore, after completing 12 full weeks, and based on performance, there is the opportunity for the role to move to a temp-to-perm basis. You will be joining a large, friendly warehouse team in a busy and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately and efficiently from warehouse locations in line with customer order requirements.
• Pack items securely and carefully, ensuring every order is ready for dispatch.
• Check picked and packed orders for accuracy and quality before they leave the warehouse.
• Carry out general warehouse duties, including organising stock and supporting the wider team where needed.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a large warehouse team in order to meet daily picking and packing targets.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including correct manual handling procedures.
