Job summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Picker / Packer for a busy food distribution site in Mansfield. The role requires hands-on picking and packing experience, reading pick sheets and using a tape gun to prepare orders for dispatch.

You will lift up to 20 kg, work to daily targets and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This is full-time, temp-to-perm with weekly-pay, Monday–Friday, with consistent hours.

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for an

experienced Warehouse Order Picker / Packer for a busy food distribution warehouse in Mansfield.

Previous picking and packing experience is essential. You must be confident using manual paper pick sheets, packing orders with a tape gun and working to daily productivity targets.

The Role

Picking and packing food and drink orders for dispatch

Reading manual pick sheets and checking order accuracy

Using tape guns and packing materials

Lifting products up to 20kg

Working at pace while maintaining accuracy

Recent, hands‑on warehouse picking and packing experience

Confident using paper pick sheets and tape guns

Able to meet targets in a fast‑paced environment

Good physical fitness and attention to detail

Reliable attendance, punctuality and a consistent work history

This is not an entry‑level role. Applicants without recent picking and packing experience, including pick sheet and tape gun use, will not be considered.
