Job summary

Vantrunk is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the safe, accurate and efficient day-to-day operation of a Warrington warehouse. You will manage the warehouse team, maintain stock accuracy and location control, and drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Working with Production, Export and the wider business, you will help meet customer requirements while developing warehouse processes, systems and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and driving stock accuracy.
• Hands-on management of daily warehouse activities including receipt, put-away, storage, picking, staging and loading.
• Strong focus on health & safety, SOP adherence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team and daily activities.
• Oversee receipt, put-away, storage, picking, staging and loading processes.
• Maintain housekeeping, stock storage and operational discipline.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure goods are identified, transferred and receipted promptly.
• Ensure consistent use of WMS and Epicor across operations.
• Own the site cycle-counting programme and investigate variances.
