Qualifications

• Experience IOSH and related safety best practices.
• O Level English and O Level Maths proficiency.
• Six Sigma/LEAN experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & People Management: coach, train, and develop employees; identify skills gaps; support onboarding; manage performance per HR procedures.
• Operations & Senior Leadership: plan warehouse functions; supervise material movement; coordinate with providers; ensure timely communications.
• QHSE & Compliance: drive safety-first culture; conduct investigations; ensure audits and compliance; reduce incidents.
• Continuous Improvement: drive cost savings, productivity, and KPI attainment; implement process improvements.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Management: collaborate with stakeholders; manage contractors via permit-to-work; promote positive change.
