Derby-based DHL Supply Chain is seeking an OMS Administrator to help shape a new start-up operation. You will plan labour resources, produce KPI reports, coordinate recruitment and maintain workforce systems to ensure accurate data.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to produce and analyse reports, KPIs and shift performance data.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and workforce planning for peak and seasonal periods.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage labour resources to meet operational demand and budget targets.
• Produce and analyse operational reports, KPIs and shift performance data.
• Coordinate recruitment, agency and workforce plans for peak and seasonal periods.
• Maintain workforce systems, records and reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Support management with performance reviews, investigations and continuous improvement activities.
