Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in the UK. You will manage receipt, checking, and processing of incoming materials, prepare orders for dispatch, and ensure safe movement and storage of goods while maintaining accurate records.

We value safety, quality, and teamwork, offering a stable role within a growing manufacturing business. A Forklift licence is beneficial, but not mandatory, and applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, stores, materials handling, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of stock management processes and inventory control best practices.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and safe working practices.
• A Forklift Truck (FLT) licence would be beneficial, although full consideration will be given to candidates without one.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, checking, and processing of incoming materials and products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring products are packaged correctly and ready for safe transportation to customers.
• Carry out the safe movement, storage, loading, and unloading of materials across warehouse operations.
• Complete regular warehouse and equipment inspections while supporting a strong health and safety culture through the reporting and investigation of issues and near misses.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory control activities, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational performance.
