Job summary

Coppice Alupack Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the Supply Chain & Logistics team at our Blackmill, Tonypandy or Dinas sites. You will be responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching materials, and keeping stock accurate and traceable.

This hands-on role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, teamwork and a commitment to safety, quality and timely order fulfilment across multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience required.
• Valid forklift truck licence appropriate to role.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, pick and dispatch materials and finished goods per requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and traceability in warehouse systems.
• Ensure materials are available to production on time for continuity.
• Operate forklift trucks and related equipment, perform inspections.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and quality.
• Support continuous improvement to efficiency and stock accuracy.
• Communicate with colleagues, transport providers and suppliers.
• Follow health, safety and quality procedures, including BRCGS standards.
