Job summary

Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operator for an award-winning manufacturer, responsible for moving goods, picking/packing, stock checks, and maintaining records to support efficient operations in a busy facility.

The role requires forklift experience, reliability, and good timekeeping. Shift options are 7:00–15:30 or 10:30–19:00. Benefits include overtime, healthcare, Christmas shutdown, cycle-to-work, on-site parking, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with accuracy.
• Good timekeeping and organizational skills.
• Able to work well in a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Carry out stock counts and check for damaged or missing items.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch and store goods properly.
• Maintain documentation and records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement.
