Job summary

SourceCo is hiring a Dispatch Operative with forklift experience to join our warehouse team. The role focuses on dispatch and receipt of goods, accurate stock control, and safe FLT operation in a busy facility.

You will work hour-shifts from Monday to Friday, with a 50/50 split between FLT tasks and general warehouse duties. A valid in-date counterbalance licence is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with inventory control.
• Certified or trained in FLT handling.
• Ability to operate FLT safely.
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes.
• Proficient in basic math and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse operations and support dispatch and receipts.
• Use WMS to track inventory movements and update stock levels.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and verify incoming shipments against delivery docs.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues for maintenance.
• Handle materials with proper stacking, storage, and safety procedures.
• Support cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and assist teammates.
