Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Ashford, Kent. The role involves light and heavy lifting on a rotating 2-week schedule, with shifts 6:30 AM–2:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will support production lines, ensure quality, and maintain a clean warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or warehouse environments, preferably in fast-paced settings.
• Good physical fitness for heavy lifting tasks.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (6:30 AM–2:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo employer-provided training.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Handle light packaging tasks with care and accuracy.
• Perform manual lifting and movement of heavier items.
• Carry out quality inspections as products move along the line.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
