Job summary

Catering in Ashford is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team on a temporary to permanent basis. The role operates across rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) and involves loading products into machines and performing quality checks.

Training is provided. You must be able to lift 25kg, be computer literate to update spreadsheets, and have strong attention to detail. Benefits include weekly pay and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in factory/production/manufacturing/warehouse preferred. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate – must be able to update a spreadsheet.
• Must be able to lift 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Load products into machines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished goods and log findings on a spreadsheet.
• Use hand tools and a grinder to debur metal.
