Job summary

Solina in Winsford, United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operative to join the Finished Goods team. You will perform accurate picking, loading, and despatching of finished goods, while maintaining stock rotation and KPI targets.

The ideal candidate works well under pressure, communicates clearly, and has knowledge of Sage/Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus. Training will be provided, and FLT licenses are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must work well under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Sage or ERP systems is beneficial; training will be provided.
• Experience in FMCG or Food industry is beneficial.
• Timekeeping is important.
• Current FLT Counterbalance/Reach licenses are desired.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking of raw materials for manufacture.
• Picking, loading and despatching of finished goods.
• Maintaining full and accurate stock rotation and management system.
• Ensure high level of stock keeping accuracy to achieve KPI.
• Help ensure the safe and efficient running of the warehouse.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
