People Solutions is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.71), Monday to Friday shifts, and opportunities to grow within a busy warehouse.

Ideal candidates have prior experience as a Warehouse Operative or in related roles and can work fixed daytime hours. The position requires basic English, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic level of English required.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Clear communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Physically fit for standing and movement over long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform general packing and re-packaging duties.
• Label products accurately.
• Rework products as required.
• Kitting and value-added service activities (VAS).
• Move stock around the warehouse using manual handling techniques.
• Dispatch products following SOPs.
• Scan and control stock; perform quality checks.
• Meet customer order specifics in a timely manner.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
