Quest Employment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start in Lutterworth, LE17. You will join a busy operation with 10-hour shifts, 5 days out of 7, and weekly pay.

This role offers ongoing temporary work and full-time style hours in a warehouse setting. The position focuses on supporting daily operations, picking and packing stock, following procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to commit to 5 days out of 7.
• Able to start 7:00am and work 10-hour shifts.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Physically capable of warehouse duties.
• Team-player with strong dependability.
• Experience in warehousing beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operation.
• Process, pick, move and prepare stock and orders.
• Follow procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily requirements.
• Report stock or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
