Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, supporting the Warehouse team across operations from loading and unloading to stock control and quality sampling.

You will operate production equipment, assist technicians, follow SOPs and health & safety guidelines, complete pre-start checks, and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
• Willingness to work across multiple production roles.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, site procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Carry out pre-start safety inspections.
• Support continuous improvement activities across the shift.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support a Warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

You will support all areas of the warehouse process, including:

• Loading and unloading materials
• Machine operation, supporting technicians and using computer systems.
• Quality sampling and stock control
• General housekeeping duties with heavy lifting involved
• Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvements

FLT / Forklift Counterbalance would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all SOPs, site procedures, and health & safety guidelines
• Carry out pre-start visual safety inspections
• Support continuous improvement activities across the shift
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across the production area
• Complete production documentation and bulk bag labelling accurately
