Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to support accurate order fulfilment in a busy warehouse environment in Northampton. Full site training will be provided, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Role involves picking orders, using handheld RF scanners, checking codes and quantities, and moving stock with trolleys. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and handle items up to 15 kg. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and handle items up to 15 kg.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable learning handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
• Able to follow instructions and communicate issues clearly.

Additional Info

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-18:00pm for 3 months before moving to 11:00am-20:00pm

Rate: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour
