Job summary

Celtic Football Club at Celtic Park is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to support the warehouse operation on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for picking, packing and processing orders to a high standard.

The role requires at least 2 years' relevant experience, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work both in a team and independently, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to a high standard.
• Ensure accurate stock control and replenishment where required.
• Receive, check and sort incoming stock at Celtic Park.
• Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Process returns from stores in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and drivers.
• Support colleagues and adopt a collaborative approach.

Celtic Football Club is currently seeking to recruit experienced Warehouse Operatives based at Celtic Park to support the Warehouse operation on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, these roles will be responsible for picking, packing and processing orders to a high standard.

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure all deliveries, allocations and replenishment stock is picked, packed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
• Ensure accurate personalisation, where required (for example shirt printing)
• Receiving, checking and sorting the full range of Celtic’s products entering the warehouse and ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
• Communicate effectively with all relevant personnel i.e. colleagues, Managers, delivery drivers, couriers
• Responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered to within the Retail Warehouse.
• Ensure stock & inventory is accurate for auditing/stock control purposes
• Effectively process returns from stores in a timely manner
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by management
• Ensure all communications with colleagues are professional, appropriate and considerate of individual needs and circumstances
• Actively build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the Club. Ensuring a collaborative approach is always adopted
