Numatic International in Chard, Somerset is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. The role focuses on stock management, safety, and efficient operation of warehouse equipment, with full training provided.

This permanent position offers consistent daytime hours, a 38-hour week, and a 7-week rolling rota with 2 weekends out of 7. The company provides pension, life insurance, employee discounts, gym memberships, and wellbeing support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch with high accuracy.
• Stock Management: Unloading incoming deliveries, inspecting goods for quality, and organising inventory.
• Safety & Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional warehouse floor.
• Machinery Operation: Safely using warehouse equipment to move and organise stock (full training provided).

**This role operates on a 7-week rolling rota and does include weekend working 2 weekends out of 7 but also benefits from 2 x 3 day weekends. The shift is fixed on a rotating basis benefit of knowing your schedule weeks in advance on a 38-hour working week**
