Job summary

Heron Foods Limited is seeking Warehouse Operatives at our Melton distribution site near North Ferriby. You’ll join a fast‑paced team picking stock orders using a voice‑activated headset over a three‑shift, 12‑hour rota from 10:00 to 22:00.

You’ll be trained for freezer, chilled or ambient environments, with PPE provided and a clear path to progression within a long‑term role. Weekly pay includes performance and attendance bonuses.

About the Role

You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week, 10am-10pm, on a fixed rota depending on the shift pattern you choose. Working within our Freezer, Chilled, or Ambient chambers, you'll pick stock orders using a voice‑activated headset and prepare cages ready for delivery to stores. This is a hands‑on, active role where you'll work to targets and contribute directly to the smooth running of our distribution operation.
