Job summary

Sealey Tools in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Service Centre) to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves unloading containers, putting away stock, picking and packing orders, and loading consignments for despatch.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. A comprehensive benefits package includes 22–25 days holiday, pension, life assurance, health plan, staff discount and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Reliable and flexible in approach to work.
• Numerate and literate with good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers from suppliers by hand.
• Put away bulk stock.
• Pick and pack orders for despatch.
• Load packed consignments by hand from conveyor into trailer.
• Stock housekeeping and relabelling/re-organisation as needed.
