SIG Insulation & Drylining is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our UK branch network. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock, helping maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is desirable.
• Good data accuracy, numeracy and basic IT skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures is essential.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or yard role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, unloading and loading of vehicles.
• Receive and store goods accurately in warehouse locations.
• Prepare customer orders according to sales requirements and load onto vehicles.
• Sign for deliveries and maintain stock records; report stock breakages.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Carry out daily checks and maintain forklifts and handling equipment.
• Promote a culture of safety among colleagues.
• Be flexible to assist with stocktaking and overtime.
