Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Mansfield for a 40-hour week on a 3-shift rotating pattern (days, afternoons, nights). Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will join a team handling inbound/outbound stock and picking operations.

You must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and have prior warehouse experience in FMCG. The role requires attention to detail, safe manual handling, and flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.

Formación

• Counterbalance FLT licence is required.
• Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of safe manual handling practices.
• Experience in FMCG warehousing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unload inbound stock safely and efficiently.
• Unload drays on return to warehouse.
• Pick stock accurately and load onto drays using a forklift.
• Follow safe manual handling procedures when loading and unloading.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
• Support general warehouse operations and assist with other duties.

Job Length:Permanent

Working Hours:40 hours per week.

Working Hours: 3-shift rotating pattern, including:

• Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Nights: 7:00pm – 3:00am (Sunday), followed by 10:00pm – 6:00am (Monday to Thursday)

Flexibility required to work outside of these times to suit business needs.

About the role:

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager,this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Unloading inbound stock deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Unloading drays upon their return to the warehouse.
• Picking stock accurately and loading it onto drays using a Forklift Truck (FLT).
• Following safe manual handling procedures when loading and unloading drays.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Supporting general warehouse operations and assisting with other duties as required.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck and willingness to undertake training on clamp attachments.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience within an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge and experience of safe manual handling practices.
