Carlsberg Britvic in Mansfield is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team. You will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager and be involved in unloading, picking, and loading stock with a forklift to support daily operations.

The role requires a Counterbalance FLT licence, attention to detail, and previous FMCG warehouse experience. Flexible hours and a strong safety culture are core to the position.

Formación

• A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck and willingness to undertake training on clamp attachments.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience within an FMCG environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience of safe manual handling practices.

Responsabilidades

• Unloading inbound stock deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Unloading drays upon their return to the warehouse.
• Picking stock accurately and loading it onto drays using a Forklift Truck (FLT).
• Following safe manual handling procedures when loading and unloading drays.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Supporting general warehouse operations and assisting with other duties as required.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Mansfield, NG18 5BZ

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week.

Working Hours:

• Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Nights: 7:00pm – 3:00am (Sunday), followed by 10:00pm – 6:00am (Monday to Thursday)

Flexibility required to work outside of these times to suit business needs.

About the role:
