Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Mansfield for the PM shift (2pm–10pm), 40 hours per week, permanent contract. You will report to the Shift Manager and play a key role in picking, packing and general warehouse duties.

The role requires a Reach Truck Licence and prior FMCG warehouse experience; training may be provided for LLOP. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck Licence.
• Experience operating an LLOP advantageous; training can be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience in FMCG environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Knowledge and practice of safe manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a scanner and tablet.
• Unloading dray upon return.
• Operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and efficiently.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products in line with safe working practices.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and meet quality standards.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Mansfield, NG18 5BZ

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Working on the PM Shift. Starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a scanner and tablet Unloading dray upon return.

• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products in line with safe working practices.


• Ensure orders are picked accurately and meet quality standards.


• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures


• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Experience and Key Attributes

• A valid Reach Truck Licence.


• Previous experience operating an LLOP would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.


• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.


• Previous warehouse experience within an FMCG environment.


• Good customer service skills.


• Knowledge and experience of safe manual handling practices.
