Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for the PM shift in Mansfield. The role involves picking and packing orders, using scanning devices and LLOP equipment, and performing general warehouse tasks.

The position is permanent, 40 hours per week, with a 2pm–10pm schedule on Monday to Friday, and potential flex across shifts to meet business needs. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with manual handling tasks and safe working practices.
• Experience in a FMCG warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safe manual handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a scanner and tablet; unload dray on return.
• Operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and efficiently.
• Carry out manual handling tasks in line with safe working practices.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and meet quality standards.
• Maintain health and safety as a priority in all procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Job Length:Permanent

Working Hours:40 hours per week. Working on the PM Shift. Starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role:

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative.Reporting to the Shift Manager,this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a scanner and tablet Unloading dray upon return.
• Operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and efficiently.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products in line with safe working practices.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and meet quality standards.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Previous experience operating an LLOP would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience within an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge and experience of safe manual handling practices.
