Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is hiring a Warehouse Operative (Recycling) to help keep our recycling processes running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle card, plastic and food waste, support contractors, and ensure pallets and stock are tracked accurately using our WMS.

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles into the recycling area.
• Process card, plastic, and food waste efficiently.
• Work with contractors and colleagues to keep collections on track.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) with pallet counts and report issues.
• Use machinery safely to move pallets and complete tasks.
• Support driver debriefs and check outbound lanes for correct pallet placement.
• Help warehouse operations and maintain high standards with a clean-as-you-go approach.

£14.45 per hour* | 40 hour contract | Shift time: 2pm - 10:30pm | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Subsidised transport available from Weston-Super-Mare, Newport (available for all shifts )at a cost of £2 each way.
