Job summary

Lidl GB is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to ensure stores receive the right stock on time. You will pick products, assist with stock checks, and complete orders independently to keep shelves stocked for customers. The role includes working nights and enjoying benefits such as a discount and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet targets and maintain accuracy.

• Night shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and follow picking instructions via headset to complete orders.
• Pack and prepare a variety of products, including temperature-controlled items.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked securely and accurately.
• Report damaged items to the manager and take corrective action.
• Work independently to process orders efficiently.

What you'll do

• Multitask and carefully listen to picking instructions through your headset to carry them out swiftly
• Pack a variety of our products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working at temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Responsibly and independently work through your orders
