Job Description:

TRC Northeast are currently recruiting Warehouse / Quality Operatives for our World Class Manufacturing client based in Sunderland on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate.

Duties include:

• Inspecting products at various stages of production to identify defects, deviations, or nonconformities.
• Ensuring products meet specified standards and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections and issues.
• Working with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Using inspection tools and equipment, such as measuring instruments.
• Participating in investigations to determine root causes of defects.
• Maintaining a presence on the shop floor with a focus on quality and safety.

Skills required:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot subtle product defects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate findings to production teams.
• Knowledge of Quality Control: Familiarity with industry standards and procedures.

• Monday to Friday, with overtime.

Shift rotation:

• Dayshift: 07:00-15:18 (Mon-Thu), 07:00-14:53 (Fri)
• Late shift: 16:30-00:53 (Mon-Thu), 15:10-23:03 (Fri)
