Job summary

RS Group in Nuneaton is hiring a Warehouse Operative for our on-site team. You will support inbound and outbound processes, ensure order accuracy, and contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role runs Monday to Friday with afternoon/evening shifts, and requires good numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Prior warehouse experience and WMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to maintain high Health and Safety standards.
• Accurate number and letter recognition and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Desirable: Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Removing and palletising of empty RM's
• Maximising RMQ in line with capacity requirements
