Job summary

Warrens is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for our Crick site in a busy ambient warehouse operation. You will pick, load, inbound activities and stock movement to support smooth day-to-day operations.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy and safety, and thrives in a team within a fast-paced logistics environment. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off nights (18:00–06:00).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
• PPT experience is desirable but not essential.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• Strong focus on health and safety in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good communication and ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable timekeeping and flexible approach to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders meet required standards.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report issues or hazards promptly.
