Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse activities for our FMCG products. You will report to the Shift Manager and play a key role in keeping orders accurate and moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning, and light unloading, with training provided on the LLOP and a Reach Truck licence preferred. We value attention to detail, safety, and good customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLOP is advantageous; training available for right candidate.
• Valid Reach Truck licence is preferred.
• Previous warehouse FMCG experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good customer service skills and safety awareness.

Job description

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following: Role Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a scanner and tablet Unloading dray upon return.
• Operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and efficiently.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products in line with safe working practices.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and meet quality standards.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required. A valid Reach Truck Licence.
• Previous experience operating an LLOP would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience within an FMCG environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience of safe manual handling practices.

Job Length: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Working on the PM Shift. Starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.
