Job summary

Blueleaf Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Castleford-based Operations team. The role involves picking, packing, labeling and loading deliveries, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The position runs 45 hours per week, 1:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities spanning goods in, packing, MHE driving and loading, and maintaining safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience within a warehouse environment lifting heavy goods.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety, manual handling and hazardous substances.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality standards.
• A full driving licence is advantageous for possible van movement.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label and load deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain daily workflow including goods in, picking and packing.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for information on consignments.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and timely despatch of orders.
• Report and handle returns and damaged goods.
• Support stock counts and provide input to improve efficiency.
