Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Lincoln is seeking a Warehouse Operative to pick, pack and prepare orders, load/unload deliveries, and maintain a clean, well-organised warehouse.

The role runs Monday to Friday, starting at 13:00 and typically finishing at 00:45. Shifts are 10–12 hours with some weekend work. Hourly rate is £12.71, accrues up to 28 days per year. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch with accuracy and care.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment and systems safely, following all procedures.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and general warehouse duties as required.
