Job summary

Culina Group Limited, via Great Bear, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative at the Crick Warrens site to support a busy ambient distribution operation. You will assist with picking, loading, inbound activity and stock movement as part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role offers 4 on/4 off days, 06:00–18:00 shifts, and a pay rate of £13.88 per hour, with a strong focus on accuracy and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
• PPT equipment experience desirable.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail; health and safety focus.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity and check goods.
• Move products to correct locations.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders meet standards.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.
