Warrens in Crick is seeking reliable General Warehouse Operatives for a busy ambient distribution centre. The role involves picking, loading, inbound tasks and stock movement, with 4 on 4 off day shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 at £13.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
• A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A strong focus on health and safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable timekeeping and a flexible approach to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to the correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and help ensure orders are completed to the required standard.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.
