Job summary

Resource Recruitment is partnering with a busy distribution centre in Wimborne to recruit a Warehouse Operative on a permanent/temporary basis. The role is based in Sturminster Marshall, Dorset, and involves dispatching orders, receiving deliveries and stock control.

You will work in a team of eight, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, and require previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail and computer literacy including warehouse software and handhelds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Good timekeeper and organised work style.
• Computer literacy and use of warehouse software/handhelds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders.
• Receive incoming deliveries, unpack pallets and containers.
• Check deliveries, repack and label for store away.
• Replenish stock locations and move goods between locations.
