Job summary

GI Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a distribution centre in Coalville (Bardon, Leicestershire). This part-time role runs Monday to Friday with two shifts: 2:30PM–6:30PM or 7:00PM–11:00PM, offering a £12.71 hourly rate plus overtime.

You will pick and pack, ensure smooth goods flow, handle up to 25 kg, and maintain safety. Training provided, on-site car park, subsidised canteen, and gym facilities are available.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and a hard-working team player.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods.
• Ensure uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

We are currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Operatives for our client at their Distribution Centre in Coalville. We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Bardon (Leicestershire)

They want to ensure that every customer is happy with their order and serve every customer on time and in full, so this involves you.

Warehouse environment -part time position 2:30PM - 6:30PM or 7PM - 11PM Monday - Friday

Duties

• Pick and pack
• Ensure the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Comfortable working with weights up to 25 kg
• General Warehouse Operative tasks and duties
• To make sure that you are working to a safe and responsible standard
• General housekeeping/cleaning of the warehouse
• Any other duties as requested by your supervisor

Skills

• You must be reliable and a hard-working team player
