Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client at the Distribution Centre in Coalville, Bardon (Leicestershire). You will join a friendly team and help ensure every order is picked, packed and delivered on time and in full, maintaining accuracy and high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role features a rotational shift pattern (one week 6am–2.30pm, next week 2.30pm–11pm).

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking individual.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred but not essential.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items.
• Ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Capable of handling weights up to 25 kg.
• Carry out general warehouse operative duties.
• Adhere to safe and responsible working standards.
• Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

We are currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Operatives for our client at their Distribution Centre in Coalville. We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their friendly team in Bardon (Leicestershire)

Our client are the global company behind some of the world's leading lifestyle brands and are one of the largest apparel providers in the world, this includes some of the most well known brand names across the globe!

They want to ensure that every customer is happy with their order and serve every customer on time and in full, so this involves you.

Warehouse environment -Rotational shift pattern (1 week rotation AM - PM shift)

Duties

• Pick and pack
• Ensure the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Comfortable working with weights up to 25 kg
• General Warehouse Operative tasks and duties
• To make sure that you are working to a safe and responsible standard
• General housekeeping/cleaning of the warehouse
• Any other duties as requested by your supervisor

Shift Pattern

This is a rotational shift pattern, one week 6am - 2.30pm and following week 2.30pm - 11pm

Skills

• You must be reliable and a hard-working team player
• You must be able to work alone or work as part of a team
• Experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred but not essential
